SAIBD’s AGM-Online

THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN šŸ˜Š

Dear SAIBD Member,

Please be advised that our Annual General Meeting is on Friday, 02 December @ 2pm ONLINE.

We would like all our members to join so we decided to host this years AGM online.Ā Ā  We look forward to meeting our members from all the various provinces.

As per our previous engagements at SAIBD AGMs in recent years, SAIBD has updated / revised the constitution of SAIBD as we look to register the Institute as an ā€œAssociation of personsā€.

Attached is the revised constitution for your perusal/scrutiny. Members are requested to table any comments etc they may have before 28 November.

The revised constitution will be voted on and adopted at the AGM.

  • Nomination and Proxy form ā€“ SAIBD would love to hear from you if you are interested in joining the Board. Please drop us an email and complete the nomination form.

  • Draft Constitution for adoption
